I agree completely! The show was just starting to find its groove and I was beginning to like it more than the original. I hate the way networks don't give shows a chance to grow. NBC just did the same thing to Law & Order: LA which is a great show. Well, at least CSI:NY is renewed.

Did anybody see the preview for the next episode? It looked like Ryan got beat down pretty bad.:( Whenever they want someone to catch a beating, it's usually Ryan. Why can't Horatio get knocked out?:lol:

Is anyone else tired of way TPTB are destroying the character of Horatio Caine? They've turned him into a rude, cold, and pretty much uncaring person/hypocrite. He's my favorite character on Miami but if they keep this up he's gonna be my most hated.:(

I was just watching "Freaks And Tweaks" and there was a scene where a perp was trying to get under Horatio's skin by trash talking his brother. H got a little angry and grabbed the guy, but then he did the right thing and told Frank to get the guy out of his sight, because he didn't want to soil...

Was this episode actually shot in Florida? It's the first ep. this season that actually looked like Miami. Anyway, I hope Adam writes and directs again in the future, he really did a good job. My only complaints are that the team is getting a little to pushy with suspects. That's been going on...

Most people agree that she didn't have any chemistry with Caruso but I don't see it. I think it was just a lot of tension because he was now doing her job so it made sense to me. I wish they didn't give up on her so easily but I may be alone on that.

This one was really good! Only bad thing was no Natalia, but on the plus side, we got a lot more of Frank.:thumbsup: The next episode looks great as well. I must say, I've been enjoying this season a lot. Only weak ep. was the Jersey Shore one.

Honestly I'm very disappointed. I was really starting to like Jesse. He was a perfect fit and it's a shame he won't be staying around. Hopefully they don't kill him off but I'm expecting the worst.

Horatio in They All Fall Down?

Yeah I was really interested in Horatio's NY storyline and they just dropped it! Then this mess with Stetler which is a slap to the fans' faces. The people in charge of CSI: Miami are almost completely out of tune with what the fans want!:scream: Yet we still watch time and time again hoping...

A lot of people trash season 4(me included)but I just watched "From The Grave" and I have to say that it is without a doubt one of Horatio's greatest episodes. I kept thinking to myself: "why did they change this guy?" The scenes in the church were so powerful, really great performance by Caruso...

Well let me first say that I am a big fan of David Caruso/Horatio Caine. He's my favorite character on the show but I have to admit that they've been destroying his character for a while now. He was great in season 1. Good in seasons 2 and 3, but after that he went downhill fast. Season 8...

I agree. I enjoyed the episode but they really screwed up a lot with Horatio! The only time he seemed upset is when Sully pulled the gun on him.:wtf: THAT'S how he should've been when he found out about Nevins.

Another thing I noticed is that the earlier seasons felt a lot more like Miami than they do now. I know they shoot the show in California mainly but I heard that back then they actually shot more of it in Miami. Is that true?
