I definately think you should ask this person where they got this info from!! The first 4 eps of the season were written before they even started shooting...evey ep after that is written as the show goes forward. One of the reasons why ELR said they "haven't wrriten" how Eric will exit the show...

It is nice to see that the writers are bringing back or attempting to bring back the idea of the "team." It has been missing and considering the premiere is a flashback to how they all come together it seems the ep ends with them all together....the then and the now :D
