I thought it was great, goes right to the top of the 'My favourite eps' pile for this year (and maybe the last 2 years!). A real nice return after the strike. Good story, a few twists, lots of proper 'CSI-ing' (thats a real term you know ;) ), and I really liked the ADA character. And...

I'm shocked in a good way that Billy is doing more CSI :cool: Maybe they are going to be filming some episodes straight after finishing season 8, as Marg Helgenberger suggested in that interview. If that's the case, I guess that'd fit in well with him doing other stuff.

Re: Attention: LV Renewed For Season 9 as well as going back to the theatre in November / December, Billy Petersen is going to be doing a play in the summer of 2009 (links on the Billy thread here, too lazy to go dig it out right now :wtf: ). So if he signs up for season 9, surely it won't...

really gotta think that Billy is offski from CSI this year. 2 plays within a few months? He's always kept his time free in the breaks he has from CSI normally, so I'm thinking that he's taking on these projects now, cos he's decided to call it a day on tv for a bit. I can't see him filming...

they are rightly bemused - cos it was never used in the US :cool: It's only on season 1 dvd in Europe, cos there was a problem with the rights of The Who's song. On the credits, it still lists Pete Townsend as the composer of the theme, even though it's not used on the DVD.

yep, we need that icon of Desert's 'No Grissom No CSI' :) And I doubt the show would do that well long term without him. He is THE star. As great as Marg and Paul Guilfoyle are as the other two leads, the man with the charisma is Billy. And Grissom is one of the most quirky and unique...
