It was a series low. But, it didn't have Criminal Minds as a lead-in. I suspect that had a lot to do with it.

Nice interview, Shane. Thanks! It's always interesting to see how CSI promotes from within. I'm sure I will miss Vega when I watch this. But an episode featuring the Latino culture is long overdue.

This one was pretty average for me. I was happy to see Sara and Greg working together, but I didn't see much of the personal interaction between them that I enjoy. And, of course, Sara's demeanor showed no hint of anything wrong with her and Grissom. It would have been nice to have something...

I don't know if the Sara 'Grissom' means anything or not; but with that and the ring, I did smile when I saw these pics. And I haven't had anything to smile about with CSI all season; so I'll take it. :)

Okay, someone has to say it: Mr and Mrs Cassidy on CSI. :D Yet no longer Mr and Mrs, and in different episodes. Still...six degrees of separation. Or in this case, one episode. Kind of a reunion. Or at the very least, a little weird. lol

I was curious to know if anyone else watched this. It premiered last nite on FX, and it was much better than I anticipated. First rate cast and lots of potential intrigue. I'm in!

I thought maybe it's just because I'm cranky about the GSR angst the writers are making up this season, but I think maybe you've got something here; and it might explain why I don't feel much for the crimes or their victims. The stories seem less compelling and the writing seems more formulaic...

PG said in an interview that he and others were given limited episodes as a budgetary negotiation. Jorja has said she liked that so she could do other things. I haven't really kept track of other characters' episodes, but it wouldn't surprise me if more, except TD, agreed to limited appearances.
