    Season 8 in the UK?

I agree. I'm sure we've had something similar in Vegas too, can't think exactly what episode though. I still have an episode to watch yet (the real estate guy killed in the home invasion), but in recent weeks the ripple effect and the cage fighter faking his own death have been below par...

    Season 12 in the UK

Just watched the mobster episode. Quite strange how DB and Greg went to the church at the end with no back up or weapons drawn, not knowing who they would face there. But it as enjoyable overall, even if the second case with the maid robbing the penthouse was a little weak. I like Greg being...

    Season 12 in the UK

I dunno, DB seems very quirky at the moment and I think will take a little time to bed in. I think they are going down a similar road to Grissom in that respect, (a boss who can be quirky and eccentric). Last weeks episode, tell tale hearts was it? Reminded me of Murder on the Orient Express...

    CSI SpinOffs in Limbo

It'll be a shame if NY ends. At the moment its my favourite of the 3 shows and I think has been stronger over the last few years.

    Season 8 in the UK?

I thoroughly enjoyed the episode. I expected the Jo's ex-partner to be the one who tried to frame him. I enjoyed the ending too with Jo being attacked and I was surprised that this particular little story arc has been closed within 3 episodes or so. But thats a positive as too often they drag on...

    Season 12 in the UK

Thanks. I finished it last night. Not a bad start to the series really. I suppose the tensions between Catherine and Nick are all in the lead up to her leaving the show. As is normal with any new series of CSI I have to dig deep to remember what happened in the last episode of the previous season!

    Season 8 in the UK?

Interesting development in the rape case and the ghb amounts. Was the girl lyIng? Did the guy drug her twice, later onto mess up the evidence? Another ex-24 actor appears as the senator too, I wonder what influence he will excerpt if the guy gets off.

    Season 12 in the UK

Disaster, my sky+ box broke meaning I had to erase everything on there to reset it. So I've missed the 2nd half of episode 1.

    Season 12 in the UK

I'm only halfway through the first episode, but I like how they've introduced DB. Its kind of disarming that hes a bit strange, but in the background I like how they've made out he has an alterior motive for being there. The little chat with Eckley when hes watching Nick in the interview room...

    Season 12 in the UK

I'm really looking forward to this season. In fact I got in to training for it over the weekend by watching Ted Danson in 3 Men and a Baby :)

    Season 8 in the UK?

That was the episode with the fraternity pledge where the guy was buried alive in a crypt. That episode so far has been the weakest of this season, but it was nowhere near as bad as some of the recent ones in the last run of Miami (imo). I really enjoyed this weeks episode, investigating a...

Don't know if I should be worried or not?

Does it make any difference how successful these shows are overseas? Or is it purely based on how they are performing in the US?

    Season 8 in the UK?

I thought the same in that it was the brother that did it. Its not a bad thing that Danny got a back seat this episode, especially as it gives another character, (Flack in this one), a bit more screen time. As for Mac going over to the courts to hand him back that letter, it was a bit of an...

    Season 8 in the UK?

I had wondered if they were setting Dannys character up to be killed off by moving him to be in uniform. Hopefully not. Its better that hes back too, as it it didn't work with trying to fit him in with his new job.

    Season 8 in the UK?

I watched the family of car thieves episode as well this weekend. I enjoyed it. Loved the way they guessed who the murderer was by examining the position of the bruises on the victim and it was a leap to the Hungarian fighting style. As for the last episode. again as with Mac leaving its all...

    Season 8 in the UK?

I arent sure why they wrote Mac having a new job only for him to be back next episode. Strange.

    Season 8 Ratings

I'd take 14 quality episodes over a 20 episode season where a third of those are a bit ropey (much like the last season of CSI Miami that just aired in the UK).

    Season 8 in the UK?

I've only watched the first episode. The scenes with Mac and Claire were very good, and of course as a husband you cant help but put yourself in Macs shoes. I dont mean any offence by this but a part of me couldnt help but think it was a little contrived to tap into something that is clearly...

Season 8 Spoiler Discussion #2 - Spoiler Scene: Do Not Cross

Having just seen the trailer for the new season here in the UK and its 9/11 storyline I have a question for those in the US. How was this episode received? Was the tie in with 9/11 seen as a positive thing for the storyline?

    Season 9 in the UK

Shit, I missed the final episode then. The thing about season 9 that annoyed me more than having the usual hit and miss episodes were the 4 episodes that were (imo) ripped straight from films, the prsion break episode with the hidden tunnels taken staight from Law Abiding Citizen, the human...
