I've only seen the Vegas promos so far but they haven't shown any new footage from what I've seen. They're only showing compilations of great moments from past seasons. Its probably too early still for any of them to show new material.

Actually I'm pretty sure it was the episode with the tsunami. I don't remember the title but I'm pretty sure that it was the scene after H and Eric intervened at the bank heist as the wave hit.

Horatio and Julia were never married. That has been consistently misreported, it was never said in canon. They had a brief relationship before she split. Sorry to throw that in, but that has been one of my biggest pet peeves since that storyline aired.

No she wasn't, tho H really wished she had been. She met and fell in love with his brother first, and of course Ray would've introduced his woman to his brother. H started to like her but kept quiet for his brothers sake. It seems they got much closer in the wake of Raymond's "death".
