Sarah Goldfinger is seriously my favorite CSI writer right now... I'm just in awe of her. Every episode she's ever written has been so snappy in dialogue, with a great mystery and dead-on characterization. Just. In. Awe.

What did you think of Ned Beatty as the grandfatherly killer? He gave us all the royal creeps when the episode first aired - he was one of the "best" murderers the show has had in ages, in that regard.

Excellent review! I've missed those throughout the season. :) Perhaps Greg's funny side will come out with next week's episode? It is written by Sarah "Rashomama" Goldfinger, after all....
