Good point...it bugs me, it really does, to the point that I can't stand to think about it, but here in the south it's pretty hard to be veg, I mean especially in rural Arkansas...we don't have too much variety in meat, let alone meat substitutes...oh and soy milk does rock, I'm lactose intolerant.

I'm thoroughly confused. Could someone please give me the basics on what on earth is going on here?
