The eye looks black to me too. I assume it's "Ryan" that has the black eye.

For some reason,I felt Emily's answer was worded strangely. The first spoilers indicated a cliff hanger which would (IMO) indicate they thought the show would return. It's now written with the idea that there's a possiblity it may not return. There apparently is no cliff hanger now.

I've seen an outside view as well as him with Duke,but no problem.

^^ Last season,CSI:NY came up with a finale that could serve as a season or series finale. Miami may be doing the same for season 10 ,writing a finale that could serve as both if need be.

There seems to be quite a lot going on in that finale. Hope it's not too rushed.
