I thought they made it clear that the killer never intended to go to the crime scene. The contraption in the fireplace made it possible to kill her whenever he felt like it without stepping foot in the building.

Well, there was Izzy the rockstar, Polly (or whoever) the smoker and the factory guy. So this is his fourth MCS. I'm not sure how Mr Dell fits into the sceme of things. I suppose he was another victim, even though he didn't have a MCS.

I vote 22.3 million. As for falling ratings, I think it's pretty clear that GA is the reason for most of it. If S6 hadn't been so dull, viewers might not have been so easily swayed. I really wish they would include the TiVo numbers in the ratings or at least tell us what they are. Everyone...

Did we vote for tonight's episode or did we give that up? I forget. This is sort of OT, but there was a picture of Grissom and Cath in my local paper today. It was just a screenshot of one of the episodes, but it was nice to see. The article was about TiVo but didn't specifically mention CSI.

I feel bad for the cat and am curious as to why the killer included it (bully for him if he can catch it without leaving behind some DNA :lol:) But I'm most interested in why the MCS was sent specifically to Grissom in the first place. I want to see if they even mention that in the episode...

I can't answer for anyone else, but for me, it's the "soap opera" genre that GA falls into that bugs me the most. I don't like Desperate Housewives, either, if you're counting ;)

Thanks for that. I almost wish I hadn't read it because it would've probably scared the crap out of me if I didn't know it was coming. I'm most excited about that part...that so many of the CSIs (plus Brass!) will be in the same room together.

I can't figure out why GA is still around, honestly, but buzz works. I watched a good deal of the Grammys last night, and the only promo I saw for CSI: LV was during the credits. I guess they are satisfied with letting the show coast on it's reputation.
