Season 9 *Spoiler Lab* Discussions P2

I liked the Nick/Ray scenes involving the tie. When Nick asked Ray what to do with the now contaminated tie, it was his way of testing Ray to see if he knew what the procedure was. It's the kind of thing you'd do with a CSI Level 1 and it's what Grissom used to do with Nick. The student has...

    George/Nick:Texan Charm #9

He could totally do it. I've said it before (I just can't remember where) but I'm surprised we didn't see GE in one of Quentin Tarantino's projects after Grave Danger. If you watch the interview with the two of them in the special features section of the dvd, they're getting along like a house...

    George/Nick:Texan Charm #9

Hey, don't be dissin' the Pat Benatar. I'm the same age as GE so I can vouch for the fact that she was all that back in the day. GE would've been in high school when she was popular and what teenage boy with raging hormones wouldn't love a hot edgy chick with a powerhouse voice who can really...

"Young Man With A Horn" Discussion *SPOILERS*

A fantastic group of guest stars and I saw some clips of Nick, Greg and Grissom in the teasers. Thats not a grouping we've seen a lot of in recent years and its one I happen to like. I'm hoping the eppy lives up to my expectations which, I must confess, are quite high.

    George/Nick:Texan Charm #9

I found 'em, thank you. A Walk In The Park...*sigh*...He looked lovely in that one. I wish it was available on dvd. I check every now and then but still no luck.

Where might I see these coffee pics of which you speak?

    George/Nick:Texan Charm #9

After Grave Danger, I thought for sure that we would see him in one of Tarantino's flicks. If you watch the S5 dvd extras, you can see the interview the two of them did together and they seemed to be getting along like they were best buds. They really seemed to have a great rapport.

    George/Nick:Texan Charm #9

Once upon a time, I sent a letter to Naren Shankar and Carol Mendelsohn (sp?) letting them know that not everyone was a fan of GSR. That some of us actually really wanted it to go away and we were more interested in seeing other characters in the forefront. Characters like Nick. That he was the...

    "Say Uncle" Discussion *SPOILERS*

I thought the episode was kind of meh. Hodges finding the clothes in a matter of seconds was cute. You just know he's going to be lording that over everyone for ages. The doppelganger crime lab was pretty funny too. I also liked the scene with Riley, Nick and Gun-toting Grandma. Riley...

Season 9 *Spoiler Lab* Discussions P2

The only thing I can think of that qualifies as both deep fried and minty fresh is a deep fried candy bar...a Peppermint Patty to be exact. They have deep fried candy bars as well as other food items at fairs and circuses. Things like deep fried Snickers, Almond Joy, Twinkies, Oreos.

    "Say Uncle" Discussion *SPOILERS*

Grissom always throws a tanty when there are kids involved. It's a hot button for him. Heck, at least he's not so deeply mired in his black hole of depression that he can't summon up some outrage on behalf of a child. If he wasn't able to do that, I would simply throw up my hands in disgust at...

"Leave Out All the Rest" Discussion *SPOILERS*

Big fat word. The episode Gum Drops is a perfect example of this. George Eads totally rocked that eppy but it was originally supposed to be a Grissom showcase. Its a shame that it took BP suffering a terrible personal tragedy for GE to be given the opportunity to shine.

    George/Nick:Texan Charm #9

I like George's hair best during seasons 3 and 4. I'm not a fan of the buzzed look or of the longer hair he sported in S6. Yes, GE is definitely a little "thicker" than he was when the show started but he's 41 now. Our metabolisms slow down when we get older and he doesn't look fat by any...

    Paul/Brass: I Got a Coupon #2

Re: Paul/Brass #2 Brass and Nick totally need their own show. They are just so funny and have a great on screen chemistry. Maybe some kind of detective show with some comedy thrown in. Something like Magnum PI or Lethal Weapon. I can hear PG doing the Danny Glover line: "I'm getting too old for...

Season 9 *Spoiler Lab* Discussions P2

No matter who has come and gone from the opening credits, PG has always been dead last. Is that some kind of special honor or perk?

Season 9 *Spoiler Lab* Discussions P2

Can you state your source? I wasn't able to glean all that from the promo I saw so I'm curious where this info came from.

"Leave Out All the Rest" Discussion *SPOILERS*

I think the mysterious killers will show up in a couple more episodes...or at least their victims will. Isn't that the reason the Laurence Fishburn character comes in? He's a specialist in the minds of dangerous killers, right? I think they're laying the ground work for for his arrival. And if...

Season 9 *Spoiler Lab* Discussions P2

Well, we know it's not Greg who's hurt because he's the one yelling for a paramedic at the end of the promo and he sounds fine. Anxious, but fine. My money is on it being Riley or some generic uniform. I'm going to go even further out on the speculation limb and say it may even be sorta Nick's...

    George/Nick:Texan Charm #9

I would love to see George with a goatee. I think they give a man a devilish quality that I find very sexy. I've seen pics of him with one during the off season but I guess BP is the only one who's allowed to have facial hair during filming. The benefits of being the "star" as well as a...

    George/Nick:Texan Charm #9

He did? I don't recall ever hearing about this before. In what scene is this mentioned? I know that when they first developed the Nick Stokes character they had something very different in mind - someone a little more "wild" who rode motorcycles and had tattoos. But when George - the clean-cut...
