CSI: NY Picture Thread #4: Ready for Your Close Up?

Aww I love it! I can't wait for this ep to air. :)

    Peter Lenkov

Great interview Top! :) I'm really excited to see what the finale and next season will bring! Oh! And thanks for finally getting that "family of cops" thing cleared up!

CSI: NY--'The Past, Present And Murder'

Exactly. I mean CSIs don't need to be cops so I thought the badge would be highly distinguishable. Espeically since they confirmed that Hawkes was never sworn in to the NYPD. Because if you look at the official NYPD site they have a list of careers and CSI (or Criminalist rather) is listed under...

CSI: NY--'The Past, Present And Murder'

No worries, I understand. I just didn't want you to think I was trying to pick a fight with you because I really was enjoying our discussion and had actually learned a lot in the process. :)

CSI: NY--'The Past, Present And Murder'

 Woah, woah, woah what?! When did I talk down to you?? I'm sorry if you thought I was at all but I was just trying to explain what I had found... And I do think it's a continuity thing when sometimes he's wearing a badge and sometimes not. But when I said my first comment I thought...

CSI: NY--'The Past, Present And Murder'

Well that's obvious but what I said was that it happened to look just like a detectives badge that the other characters wear. Not all badges in the NYPD look the same so I was thinking that his might look different since he's not a detective (see where I'm going with this?). But I looked around...

CSI: NY--'The Past, Present And Murder'

I can understand him having identification, Hawkes had an ID when he was an ME and Adam had an ID in SD. But Hawkes was wearing a detectives badge. He's not a detective... As for the gun that doesn't bother me at all and like you said, makes sense.

 Well it made me laugh!

CSI: NY Season 5 Spoiler Discussion--Drama in Alphabet City!

Please God (he who "put them together") do not let them name that baby Montana. :( I'm still thinking they could pull a bait 'n switch and have the doctors be wrong about the fact that they're having a girl and it'll shockingly be a boy. It's happened before. In that case, Please God (etc, etc)...

CSI: NY--'The Past, Present And Murder'

I have to agree I got a little bored but I do like this arc more than the others. But like you said, I can see where passive watchers would be left confused. I'm also more partial to character driven episodes (and I don't count Mac stomping around as character driven). But I think it coulda been...

Yes! Finally some good ole Flack again! :D

CSI: NY Season 5 Spoiler Discussion--Drama in Alphabet City!

I have to agree. CSI: NY may be an ensemble show but Mac has always been the center. While I would like this finale to be different I just don't see it happening. I'm not really worried about there being another death. I really don't think the cliffhanger is going to be anything major. Who...

    Eddie Cahill #5: Charismatic Brilliance

Ooo great picture! :D As for the icon, yes and no lol. The top part is of Eddie from the Sex and the City episode he was in. The bottom is Thirteen AKA Remy from House. It's my little random crossover pairing. :)

CSI: NY Season 5 Spoiler Discussion--Drama in Alphabet City!

Just from my own standpoint, Mac and Stella dating would be weird. It's kinda like finding out your single dad is dating your aunt (from your mom's side obviously ). Or the neighbor who you've known forever who is like your "special aunt". It would just weird me out to see them as a...

CSI: NY Season 5 Spoiler Discussion--Drama in Alphabet City!

I know this is CSI but it still has me going, really?! Not so much on the chemistry thing but her finding her parents. I dunno... seems like a stretch. Even for this show haha.

CSI: NY Season 5 Spoiler Discussion--Drama in Alphabet City!

Oh absolutely. I saw this coming as soon as the spoilers came out. A cheap ploy it may be but I've no doubt it'll be affective.

CSI: NY Season 5 Spoiler Discussion--Drama in Alphabet City!

So just read the interview with Hill Harper (btw great job Kristine!) and there was something I read that got me thinking: We know that Danny has a run-in with the Neo Nazi guy, do you think maybe he was defending Hawkes? Not necessarily from a physical attack but maybe the NN makes some sort...

CSI: NY Season 5 Spoiler Discussion--Drama in Alphabet City!

I have to say that I actually kinda liked this FA scene. But I'm with JellyBelly I still don't think they have great chemistry but Flack was adorable nonetheless. So that alone made it enjoyable. And they're both hot people so I suppose there's bound to be some "hotness". I figured we'd...
