Hmm, I noticed Mac looked a little different.......I think they dragged him into the CSI salon and dyed his hair as it looked somewhat darker. It's strange really that they feel they must try and make Gary look younger but let Eddie embrace the grey.

It's not fair, poor Danny finally grabs his balls back from Montana's clutches in the finale and the writers seem happy to hand them back to her on a platter for next season. No wonder Carmine sounded resigned to his fate. Maybe if he gets up at 5am 'every friggin' day' he can do a quick...

Well, fortunately it wasn't as drawn out or quite as bad as I feared. It was, however, totally out of place in an action packed finale. Not quite the kind of action I wanted to see. It seemed to be just thrown in and the episode could have had just the same, if not more, impact without it.

For me, there's been no middle ground about the season so far (I'm only up to The Ride In so far) the episodes have either been really good or really bad. The Shane Casey arc has been a high point. But the D/L silliness has been a total turn off for me, so episodes like Love Run Cold and Oedipus...

The finale sticks in my mind the most just because of the sheer pace of the episode and Mac goin' all Die Hard in the lab. Close behing are the Shane Casey episodes. Hung out to Dry and Raising Shane. Consequenses runs close cause I'm loving Don Flack more and more as the season rolls on.

As long as Super Flack steps up to the plate and regularly delivers (what a thought! down girl) I'm just happy to see as much of him as is humanly possible. I even tune in to giggle at the choice of ties....

Gaaaahhh, That comment just about made be bring back my breakfast..I suppose the writers just had to have their dose of stinky cheese for the episode. Ha, she never made it to his bed though........
