Nope, it's definitely Louis Lombardi. He had a very small role in CSI (he played a waiter in Grissom vs the Volcano) but is best known as Edgar Stiles in 24 (seasons 4 and 5, I believe) He's also appeared in Spiderman 2, the Sopranos and NYPD Blue :)
