oh! my bad, thanks for the pictures. Did a little bit of checking it looks to me like it is a 2005 Chrysler sebring convertible.

Actually, I think it;s the 2004 BMW 3 Series 330 Ci. ANd here's why.
Look at the way the dashboard curves up above the gauges and the way the steering wheel has a double split 'spoke' from the center (which is round and the outer edge)

The sebring has the wrong type of dash and the crong shape of the center of the steering wheel....

Very random, but I like the one where Horatio's car blows up. Heehee. I don't know why. I just like misfortune and things blowing up. Misfortune+things blowing up = COMEDY!!!!!

And the Hummers are cool, but just not very fuel efficient.

The planet frowns on the team. I still like the show, but I think they could pick an equally cool, but more fuel efficient ride.

As for using the hummer, It carries all their computer and remote lab equipment as well if I'm not mistaken

 

Its mostly their AV lab equipment.
