    19: I like the idea, but the icon itself is a bit blurry.
    02: His head looks a bit oversharpened.

    Best:
    13: Beautiful coloring, the red pops out and it still looks natural.
    16: Nice use of the different fonts, works really good with the icon.

    15 - it looks like the only thing has been done is saturating the blood and desaturating the dude

    01 - Too blurry, the coloring is very odd.
    19 - Same as before, too blurry.

    HQ:
    16 - Great coloring and text.
    10 - Creative.

    8) Letters don't fit the cap

    Ug, I hate this part!

    Least:
    01. The green hand looks out of place and the icon itself has a weird blur to it.
    02. The font doesn't really work with the icon and the crop isn't very catchy,

    10. I love the film strip edges, and the icon is really sharp with just the right amount of red. It really stands out.
    20. Gorgeous colouring, the red really stands out but compliments the blue/green so the whole thing just pops off the page.

    8 - I like the text, but the effect around the face is a bit odd to me.
    1 - Brave attempt! I actually like this. The only part that seems off to me is the green hands. Otherwise, I think it's a pretty neat effect.

    10 - Icon is crisp and clear and the filmstrip effect works very well.
    3 - Nice cropping, and the black and white with the red text is striking.

    Thanks for all the votes so far guys. I'll go ahead and give you a little information on the next challenge. I'll be sending each participant 5 bases each and you'll have to pick one base to use to make your icon. Just in case you don't know what a base is, it's just a image that is pre cropped into icon size all you have to do is color it as you like, add text, texture ... etc.

    Would you like to do a challenge like this? Also I would like to see what you would like to use for the restrictions for the next, "no selective coloring" "textures" etc, what would you like to see?

    Umm, nope a base is a pre-cropped image that's already cropped to 100x100 size. All you have to do is color the picture etc, to get your desired image. Here's an example. I'll take the base *which will already be cropped for everyone for the challenge ;)*:

    [​IMG] and recolor it however I want and come up with [​IMG]

    everyone understand :)?

    I like the idea! Maybe let people use textures though, for more variety. Maybe have a no text restriction instead?
