Ryan/Jon #21 - Wolfe Pack

Ha, I do that too. It's interesting just to see what everyone else is hearing when they watch the episodes. I feel bad for some of the translations, the voices are horrendous most of the time.

They'll never be able to find a better voice for Ryan then they have in Jon. It's perfect for the role.

And Stee, I love that picture! There should definetely be more scenes like that one

 

The funniest thing? Horatio calling Ryan "Señor Wolfe" I always lol at that ,it sounds ridiculous

I love the pictures that were posted a while back. This thread is moving!

I'm glad I don't live somewhere where they play the episodes with voice overs. Subtitles I wouldn't mind but if they were voice overs I wouldn't be able to understand it. (Assuming I still only spoke english. :lol Plus, having the wrong voices would bug me!

I'd rather watch the episodes with subtitles then translations.
But this could be because I watch them with English subtitles anyway...

 

HA what if they voiced it over so the characters could have a Canadian accent! Baha....

I've seen a video where it had a bunch of clips in the Spanish voice over, all of them with Horatio saying, Senor Wolfe! Man, it was hilarious....

Pfft, I'm sure the actors themselves could do Canadian accents. And seriously, we don't talk like "Take off eh? You didn't get the two-four for the party? You hoser...eh?" :lol: (Well, most of us don't. But I do live near the border.)

 

OMG that video made laugh so much.
Actually,that translation is very different from the one you get on the DVD.
That youtube video has the version from Spain,which is much more funny because it's more....regional?from lack of a better worse.And Ryan's voice is kind of cute there.
The DVDs have a more neutral translation,I think is from Mexico,and the voices are so off character!!
Anyway,the point is,I will always preffer the hotness of the original voice.

Oh,and speaking of the DVDs,I was watching Death Eminent from season 5 with the audio commentaries,and I have to say, Jon is the funniest,cutest,lovely guy ever.He made laugh and squee all over the episode,I wish there were more episodes with audio commentaries from him.

 

:lol: That voice doesn't even come close to being like Ryans! How terrible! Glad I don't have to listen to that! Never really thought of how lucky I am to have english as my first language when it comes to tv and movies.

Saddly, I have to listen it with the neutral translation to Spanish, and yes, that kind of translation is always done in Mexico or near it.
Sometimes I look for something in Youtube, to listen the real voices.
I´ll rent a DVD some day, especially for the extra features.
And, about 7.20, I hope Ry would be a heroe, like someone else said, he has done more bad things than the others chatacters together.
It would be fantastic to break the routine, at least once.
