I think that him and Greg used to look a lot more alike than they do now. It might have been because they both used to have a little bit longer hair?
But I don't think that the reason Ryan is so serious is because they didn't want the two characters to be confused with each other. It's just how they wrote the part for Ryan, that's the way they want his individual character to behave. Maybe it has something to do with a backstory we don't know or maybe they just said "Hey, we need a serious person on the show".

I never thought they really looked alike,but I thought they were both cute.As far as Ryan being serious, I'm not sure even TPTB or writers know what they want from his character even now. I hope he has a story coming up.I feel like we got very little in "They're Offed". As if we were given just a little,and maybe we would be satisfied for a while.

I just prefer I good story for Ryan.It really isn't necessary that he takes his shirt off.Of course,if it fits into the story,that's fine too.

 

I second that, a shirtless scene would be cool:devil: but a new interesting storyline would satisfy me. There are quite a few epis left in this season, anything can happen

I saw the part of the latest episode, when he was fighting - the pics were great but seeing it as a whole, I mean wow! more men should be as manly as he was there, and it wasn't just acting, but something more I can't explain. To summarize:I liked it. A lot.

A shirtless scene would be a nice change from normal Ryan.
But I would rather have a nice shiny new storyline for him too. The shirtless scene would be just a one time deal, it would happen and then it'd be over with. And we would be left wanting more. A storyline on the other hand would be constantly built upon episode after episode (hopefully). One time versus many times: I think I'll take the story.

I surely am I'm waiting for the pics, as it's time 'til I can watch the new epis, but it's always good to see some fresh pics

I started watching episodes from season 4 again and I realized - again - that I miss that one. I'd be glad if he was given that much of screentime from now on

(And just a little reminder: those shirts he wore back then were great!)

 

I'll have to revisit season 4.I do know there is a difference in the amt. of screentime.It will be a good review of his earlier seasons.

 

You know, I'm feeling a little spoiled right now by TPTB...7.13 we get ubber amounts of Ryan and him kicking butt!! And tonight we get Ryan in life threatening danger!!!
