Hmm, so the fireman is making another appearance? Interesting. I expected him to have a larger role last time, to be honest, and thought it ended up a little bit random and pointless (which is why I'm actually quite surprised he'll be coming back). I'm happy to see Stella get a love interest (only if he is a nice guy though). :lol:

So, does Danny call in sick because he's helping Stella and/or is it because he's one of the officers not being paid? Since Angell is already "helping" Stella, I thought they might be dropping Danny's involvement in the Greek coin storyline.

Is 515 the episode scheduled to air on Feb. 19? If so, maybe the fireman will be Stella's date for the big gala they're supposed to attend (assuming all the CSI team will be attending). Which means Mac's probably taking Gillian, Danny w/ Lindsay, Flack w/ Angell, etc. Oh, well, I guess we'll get to find out who's romancing whom and also see the team all dressed up.

Anyway, they did say at the beginning of the season that she'd have a good guy love interest this year - I guess they meant this guy, even though he disappeared after that brief appearance in episode 3. (Let's hope he doesn't become a casualty of Stella's mini-war with the Greek guy.) At least it's not Adam, since they've already got Danny and Lindsay with a bun in the oven and Flack and Angell being secret ultra-hot lovahs. I wasn't entirely sure I trusted Lenkov(?) when he said there wasn't really a romance between Stella and Adam.

By the way, AlyssaluvsDanny - welcome back. I didn't even realize it had been so long since I saw you because I recognized your name immediately. I think time is going too quickly - probably because I'm getting old. Oh woe is me, I'm already 24. *cry*

I think it works out that way (5.15 being February 19th - well, technically the 18th since the 19th is a Thursday, I believe) - I'm not sure whether or not I'm curious to see if the team is there all dolled up with their dates. Part of me dreads the very idea. :lol:

 

I wouldn't mind seeing them all dressed up, but yeah, I'd rather see the whole team interacting with each other instead of these "temporary" love interests. I'm already preparing myself for the revelation that Mac and Gillian have been having secret liasions and Stella and the fireman already are engaged! :lol:

 

oh to see the boys all dressed up, they look like they'd clean up nice. and i was watching run silent run deep earlier, and wow, i want Melina's legs. (the skirt when she leaves Frankie with a semi for a dead banker) but yea, dressed up is always fun, but not too much of it. again everything is better in moderation.

and whats the deal with 5.15, with Danny any way, he calls in sick? helps Stella? mac is told to reprimand him??? this is all new to me, but then again i keep telling myself not to look at spoilers. that new years resolution is out the window. oh well.

Any spoilers about Danny's glasses? I know there's a topic on it, but I'm hoping for them to mention it in an episode

 

Haha - I do wish he'd bring the dang glasses back, but it looks like nobody seems to have noticed that they're missing.

As for Danny calling in sick - here's what Elsie said about it:

So it seems that Danny might be one of these officers, but I don't think we know for sure if that's what's going on - but my understanding of the spoilers is that, if Danny is one of these officers, he could get in trouble. Beyond that, I have no idea. :lol:

Yay for Reed and Sam and interesting, platonic relationships between our CSIs and 'outside' characters returning.

Flack and Angell hot moments? Sounds hot. But at the same time as D/L, and maybe Stella and the fireman and Mac and Gillian? It's a little much.
I am fine with Flack/Angell, but would rather have them go on shy dates, have problems with their relationship and the job, and share their problems (what is Angell's attitude to Sam, for example? What will Flack do when he finds out Angell may be helping Stella go after Diakos in an operation the brass have apparantly told Mac to tell Stella to stop?) than 'hot' moments all the time.
