    I know, I know. I'm not doubting the Aug 24th date, really that would be a very cool day for Emily to be on the show.

    Maybe we should write into Regis and Kelly and ask them to have Emily's band sing......

    Now that would be something.

    Maybe they could have her on as the only guest for the hour. Or she could be a substitute the next time Kelly is out sick or filming some show.

    oh my gosh that would be amazing! thanks for the info Dynamo1 :) I guess I will have to start watching Summer Showdown soon to make sure I don't miss anything...

    does anyone have a clue where i can find emilys bands songs? i cant find anything about them! grrr! i really wanna hear wat she sounds like singing! and it would BE awsome if she would sing on regis and kelly

    Emily's band only had one public performance and that was at the Largo here in LA. Anyone that has been to the Largo knows: No Cellphones, No Cameras, No Video Cameras, No Exceptions. They will kick you out if you even send a text message in the place.

    So as far as I know there are no recording of Emily singing with her band.

    I tried to go, but it was totally sold out. I didn't know the guy that runs the door back then or the bartender either for that matter. But a friends band has been playing at Largo a lot lately, so now I could get in. LOL!!

    That sucks that there's no recording. Dang, no cellphones? That's nuts. You should get one of those cool undercover cameras that you can implant in a hat or something, then you'd be a detective just like in CSI Miami! :lol:

    Seriously! What ever happened to the good ol' pen cam!
    One of my friends went to the Largo gig and said Emily was hysterical. Ah, if only we'd been friends back then; we could have gone together.

    We'll have to hope that her and the rest of the band perform somewhere else that aren't as strict with cellphones/cameras!
