Hello everyone!
My name is Berta and I’m a 28 years-old girl from Portugal (anyone here from my home country?).

I love all “CSI” shows, although I still haven’t watched “CSI New York” yet. My preference goes to “CSI Miami” and David Caruso’s character is my favourite. I also identify more with Miami and its people. Although I’m 100% European, I love South and Central America (how I miss my Mexican vacation...). But “Crime Scene Investigation” is as excellent! I might even say probably with best story lines and interpretations. I love Catherine’s provocative style! Preferring “CSI Miami” it’s just a matter of taste.

Here we can watch “CSI” Las Vegas or Miami weekly on “SIC” television. They broadcast it in random order, so sometimes there’s an episode from Las Vegas and other from Miami. Confused? There’s also a cable channel called “AXN” that broadcasts it as well, but I don’t have cable TV. It’s still on the list of things to buy for the new house!

I already have the “CSI” Las Vegas on DVD with Portuguese subtitles, but the Miami version is not out yet. So, I believe it will take ages for us to have the New York version around here!

Well... I speak / write too much! Congratulations for this message board that seems a lovely place to talk about “CSI”! Sorry for my English. My Portuguese is a lot better! ;-)

New Miami and Horatio fans are always welcome, he is my favourite too as is obvious if you look at my post :lol:

Hello there Berta and Welcome to Miami! I'm not 28 nor am I from Portugal but I heard that place is beautiful! I'm 17 and I too am a fan of David as well as Horatio. It's good to have you with us!

You will not regret having AXN! It tend to repeat several shows. Including all 3 CSI shows. If you're a big fan, you'll definitely enjoy this cable channel.

As for your English, I reckon it is much better than mine!

 

I’m suspicious, but... yes it is! Portugal is a beautiful and diversificate country! Loads of History, sun, sea, good people!...

Oohh..Thanks for the link! I would very much love to go trekking in the natural parks of the North! Unfortunately, I'm not capable of going trekking without getting lost on my own. :lol: Another place I would love going to is New Zealand but I'm really going off topic so... Glad you like it here Berta.
