Unfortunatlely, all shows (except reality shows like the Amazing Race, American Idol etc...) will not be affected.

OT: Being a huge Jack Bauer & "24" fan I am being tortured not knowing if they plan to air this season.

Anyway, I'm glad that someone out there realizes what a talented actress Melinda is.

Has anyone but me seen the movie 'She Drives Me Crazy'? It was on Lifetime a while ago and I just now got a chance to watch it. It was good, Melinda was a joy to watch as usual. But the biggest surprise for me at least was when she sang karaoke. She actually has a very nice singing voice (or at least I thought so).

Darn, I missed that movie too.
I heard that Melinda does have a good voice though.

Anything she's been in that's worth seeing. Now that the writer's strike is in full swing, I think we are going to be relying on DVD's and reruns for a while.

Reality shows won't be affected at all. So should the strike continue on....be prepared for more reality shows.

No, I haven't seen that movie. Shame on me.
BTW, she is trained as a Soprano. Which explains her singing ability.
In the OC, her character had a thing for Bob Seger so she sang a long with her daughter on a song called "Night Moves"

Can you imagine Melinda sliding out in her undies singing "Old Time Rock and Roll" the way Tom Cruise did it in the movie Risky Business.

I saw She Drives me Crazy last night. I was on Lifetime again.

She was really great in that role. The woman who played Blythe's sister was really good. You could see how uptight she was in the beginning then how she began to loosen up towards the end. Melinda was fantastic.

I did however didn't see the part where Bythe got sick. My hubby and I figured she would 'drop the Hog' when she got on it, but it was a surprise that her character was sick.

Her voice is really good. That part made me happy.

And wasn't this movie produced by Kelly Rowan who was in The O.C. and Slaves of Las Vegas with Melinda?

Seriously, did Kelly R. produced that movie? If so, that's sooo cool!

Being an OC fan I always looked forward to the Chrismakuh episode so I had to watch my Season 4 one. That felt good. :lol:

So.....any news on Melinda?

She was histerical as the devils naive girlfriend.

And yes, Kelly Rowan produced the movie She Drives Me Crazy. Although it was on LifeTime, it was better than I thought it would be.

Too bad her show did get cancelled. I can see her in a sit-com or some another character similar to Lady Heather. Someone with a dark past but a strong independant woman.

Indeed, umbrello she gets better every year!
And a very talented and funny person. I would love to see her make a guest star appearance on Ugly Betty. Not to mention my favorite show "24" with Jack Bauer. Aaah....if only......the writer's strike would end.

She would be funny on Ugly Betty I've only seen bits and pieces of that show.

Did you catch her on Reaper?? Her preformance was hilarious as the devils not-so-dumb-as-you-might-think girlfriend. They left the storyline open for her to return too.
