Does this mean we still have hope the Danny might be Lindsay free in the 2nd half of the season? Maybe the old Danny starts resurfacing (since Carmine did say that Lindsay might not be who he thought she was) and he doesn't like who he became with Lindsay and he dumps her! :devil:

Thanks for sharing, Orison. If we see the return of Danny in season four, that will be a beautiful thing. Hopefully Carmine is right about that and it's not just the writers giving him a welcome back to work pat on the back going, "Hey man, sorry we hosed you last season. We'll make it up to you this season, honest." Anyone else get an email from Carmine? I think he's amazing for taking the time to do that, but always marvel at how his thoughtfulness stirs up the crazies. Now the guy is going to get hit with 100 emails within the next week, all from fangirls looking for handouts. It makes me feel bad for him.

Cool that you heard from Carmine, Orison! And cool that he's concerned about the same thing we are--getting the old Danny back. Now that he's seen scripts from the season, I'm guessing he's saying that based on knowledge of what's to come.

I know, and I feel responsible for that, but I just needed to share! That's exactly why his words made me happy. He'd already said something like this in an interview but since they're up episode #9 right now I want to believe he must've seen something good if he stated it again. *crosses fingers*
Carmine Emaling again and the old Danny back what a great way to start Season 4. Once again CBS puts all its advertising money into the other CSI's. I guess CSI NY is lucky to have the loyal fans that are here on the forum..
