*cries* I'm in Entourage withdrawal!!! :( That episode sounds hilarious! Nice guest gig for A.J., too. Everyone wants to be on Entourage. That show is awesome.

    *missesn HBO some more*

Fay, I have no idea why you were singled out. ;) :D

    :p I'm just special, I guess. ;)

I re-watched "The Last Sin Eater" with my mom yesterday, and when AJ first came on screen she said: "Oh. Cutie."

 I *heart* my mom! :p

You are special, Fay. :p Wow I haven't been on Talk for a while, but I'm super excited now that AJ's a regular.

    Lawls, Fay.

This ought to make the BC chats much more entertaining. Wheee! <3

^^Yes indeed, if by more entertaining you mean me randomly typing his name in all capitals with a multitude of punctuation after it. :D And being pervy. And offering to snuggle him in my bosom when he's being a woobie. And wanting to whoop Mac's ass if he yells at him again. (Don't make me smack a bitch!) ;)

I'm not sure about the different roles between CSI and labrat; but he (Adam) was left to 'process' a crime scene on his own in 'Snow Day'. It was an important crime scene and surely he wouldn't have been left on his own for so long if he hadn't had some sort of training on CSI procedures. OK, so Lindsay should have been there but Mac knew she hadn't turned up for work and if he'd had any doubts about Adam's abilities, he'd have sent someone else over there. Greg wasn't allowed to process a crime scene alone until he'd passed three (was it three?) proficiencies. Or does NY have different standards?

I’m not sure about the difference between lab rat and CSI. After all it is CSI:NY so everything is possible. I mean Flack is a homicide detective but he can work on every other case as well.
I guess TPTB wanted Adam in this hostage situation, so they let him process the scene.

However I love Adam and I think AJ does a wonderful job portraying him. So I’m glad he was promoted to whatever he was promoted. I really hope we will see a lot more of him in season 4.

 Well-said! I don't care what they're calling him, so long as it means more AJ and therefore more Adam during the season.

Just give us the beard and nobody gets hurt. ;)

As for him processing a scene--I think it can come down to the differences between the shows that the rules for one don't necessarily apply to the others. Maybe in NY, you can process a scene but not the body itself if you're a lab tech. Maybe it was better to have him collect the evidence and then process it himself so that he'd be in charge of the evidence from beginning to end for a high-profile case like that. Adam is clearly a talented and respected scientist, so maybe in a case like that...

You never know, really. Like with Flack doing a drug bust, it comes down to using the characters for whatever they want to use them for. And I have to say, I think having Adam be the other hostage was a great move. AJ did a fantastic job, and it wouldn't have been the same with someone else. :D

I know the show hasn't been good about continuity with Flack's father, but I'm hoping we learn a bit more about Adam's family this season--particularly his relationship with his dad. Maybe they'll even show the bastard and we can boo and throw things at the screen. :p

I thought AJ was hilarious in Entourage. So funny, stole the scenes he was in! (Sometimes I get a bit annoyed by Adam but this has renewed my love for AJ!

No idea about the top one (I found it randomly while Googling :p), but the bottom two are from the "Smokin' Aces" premiere (1/18/07). :)

THE situation couldn't be nastier between Channels 9 and 7 at the
moment, but it's a case of loving - not fighting - for two
celebrities starring in hit shows on the rival networks.

He's lives away, she's at home, but Summer Bay starlet Sharni Vinson
and CSI: NY star, A. J. Buckley will this week be reunited for the
first time since their whirlwind romance began in the US a month ago.

In what may cause a slight headache for competing Seven and Nine
publicists, the Home and Away babe will spend 10 days showing first-
time visitor Buckley the sights of Sydney.

Having just signed a five-year contract to star in CSI: NY and also
guest starring in recent episodes of Entourage, Buckley is hot US
property right now - and has a seriously spunky leading lady to
    complete his dream run.

But he's not the only one hooked on the love drug - with Vinson
telling Confidential yesterday, she was head over heels for the 30-
    year-old LA based actor.

"Right now I'm feeling like he's the total love of my life - it's
actually quite hard to put into words," Vinson said.

"We just clicked so instantly and I felt this immediate surge of
emotion - it was really quite bizarre."

Vinson met Buckley on a recent trip to the US to celebrate her 24th
birthday - and ended up accompanying him to a red carpet restaurant
    opening in Hollywood.

While Vinson has a Bridge Climb and a bar-hopping tour planned,
Buckley may end up missing the sights altogether.

"He's like - I don't care if we spend the entire week inside your
    house," Vinson said.

    We bet he doesn't.

^Wow, sounds like that romance happened fast! That's truly long distance. Anyone know who she is/what she looks like?
