5 - a bit too bright
7 - too dark
1 - the brush doesn't really fit this icon

01 - Borders are very bright and lines are distracting
02 - Warrick looks too plain compared to the coloured text
07 - Icon is too dark and there's not enough contrast

Sorry guys, incredibly hard choice! Ann suckered - err, asked me to vote...she just didn't tell me it'd be so hard to pick! Excellent work, everyone.

Talk about difficult to choose :lol: I really felt this one was great though. I loved all of them but everything about this was great-- the lighting, the contrast and coloring and the text fit it perfectly. Well done!

Now before you all get too excited let me just remind you about the PG-13 rule... :lol:

RULES
- Your entry must not exceed 100x100px or 40kb and must be in jpg, png or gif format.
- Please don't post your icon anywhere else until this challenge is over.
- To submit your entry, PM me quoth_the_raven with both the image and the URL if possible.
- When submitting your entry, please label it LIMS Challenge #8 or something like it.
- You may only use the pics provided below to make your icon.
- Animations are not allowed.
- Please keep in mind that you are only entering one icon

Now the definition of 'Blind' (I bet you're all scared now :lol means that your icon must not have any decorative extras-- brushes, texts/fonts, textures. None of it will be allowed. All other resources are available (including blending pictures), but no extras. This will test your coloring/cropping/lighting skills.

But the treat here is that I will provide you all with six pics-- two from Vegas, two from Miami and two from NY
