And how he insisted she get checked no matter how much she told him she didn't need it. And the little hand-holding scene. Too cute. I love these two so much.

Re: MAC + PEYTON #new kid on the block# Ooo, guys this last episode was so good for the little Mac/Peyton shipper in me! When they first showed Mac running down the hall, my first thought was, "Oh dear, what's happened to Peyton." And then I was rewarded a second later by that cute little scene. I love what Peyton does to Mac, she just makes him more caring and I think she adds a lot to his character. At the same time though, Peyton isn't just a love interest, she's her own character with her own stories and likes and dislikes. I know a few other CSI couples who could learn from their example!

They're not something TPTB threw together and let flounder. They may have come from nowhere but they've built it in a way that it makes sense. If that makes sense. lol

I like how much he cared for Peyton when he talked to her and when they hold each other hands that was really sweet. Meyton's cute together. :lol:
Re: MAC + PEYTON #new kid on the block# I posted this in the Peyton thread too. We now know that Peyton has 8 years training and 8 years experience. According to early info release about Peyton, she started in the ME's office and was there for 2 years, working with Sheldon and frequently with Mac. There was chemistry between the 2 but nothing else. So, if Peyton was starting her career in the ME's office 8 years ago, that would make it pre 9-11, so Mac's wife would have still been alive. Maybe that's why nothing happened between the two of them then and maybe Peyton knew Claire. Not well, but maybe they had at least met? And when Mac and Peyton had their "chance encounter" a year or so ago, after years apart and four(?) years of grief, the chemistry kicked in again.
