I think that scene was another example of how Catherine just "gets" him. She doesn't even have to ask, she just knows.

They're probably just teasing us again w/ the drama comment. Cath or any other CSI would probably just mention it in passing like what they did to Nick, Sam Braun, and Greg's storylines.

ROFL Anne, I doubt I'd want to see Gil take off his shirt. I mean, yeah, he's a great character, or rather, he used to be one, but I'm not sure that having him shirtless is a good idea. :lol:

ITA with what's been said about the scene in Loco Motives especially the part about cath always "getting" him. She is his psychic, always reading his mind :lol:

Somehow, I don't think we'll see Catherine do that. It would make for Cath/Gil drama and that's just NOT on the cards at the moment.

But hypothetically speaking, I think that if Catherine did call him on it, she'd do it in a way that is entirely different from how Gil dealt with her in Weeping Willows. He was harsh. She would be persistent, firm but encouraging. She strikes me as one who knows what it means to be judged unfairly (remember her saying how she felt she always had to justify herself to Gil? Which episode was that?), and would not do the same to others, however much those others may have dealt unfairly with her. She's essentially a loving and forgiving person.

I'm new to CSI but I'm already loving it!

Catherine really, to me at least, is the only person I can see with Gil. They understand each other and it really is a relationship with a lot of trust, respect and love between the two. I never feel that between Sara and Gil. Sara has that more with Greg.

Cath understands Gil in a way most of us would love to be understood and it's sad that Gil is neglecting that.

I agree with you about them understand each other. Sara does better with Nick then she does with Greg. Sara and Nick understand each other, Greg don't understand Sara. Sara see Greg as a friend. Anyway, welcome to the board.

The scene with the most GC angst:

easy one for me - the staring contest between the two at the end of Nesting Dolls after Ecklie left the office. No words needed to be said, their looks between each other spoke volumes.
