I think Jorja's dream of a musical isn't quite realized yet, sadly. The scene is that Danny Bodaduce is playing a dead rock star, and that's Doc's final tribute to him. lol. But I still love Grissom's WTF face and then his eventual "getting into the groove". A lot of cute GSR looks in the promos.

So... 14 more days until the premiere. Anyone dying yet?

Well, something that might ease the torture - the write-in questions for TV Guide's Jorja/Billy article closed a few days ago, and it seems the interview itself is still going forward, so we could look forward to seeing that within the next two weeks.

Full GSR cover, perhaps?

Oh. Em. Gee. I am so stoked for the "when we first met" discussion. Hopefully we'll see less of an akward /nervous Grissom, and more of a thosewerethedays Grissom. Oh, and Grissom has been love whipped by Sara you say? He's in love you say? Bring on season 7, baby.

Alright so I picked "More than one of the above" because, really, I wanna see all of those. The pictures, their theories, the fact that Jorja and Billy actually agreed to do the interview in the first place... They're all reasons to be excited. But in the end, isn't it all about seeing the two actors who play our favourite geeks getting their freak on answering our questions? Yes, yes it is folks. The geeks are doing it, and that's all that matters.

But a nice big photo spread would be a nice treat.

So anyways, how has everyone been doing? Can't believe there's only a couple more weeks 'till the premier. That felt like nothing. I am SO ready!

OH, and because of the lack of promo pictures we were getting, Sarah and I one day randomly made up what one of the season 7 promo shots should look like. It's totally kickass and we so need to send this idea to CBS or something. Sar, could you explain it? You're better at exlaining things. Or should I?

More than above- but I'll take anyone of those- just got the new TV Guide for the fall preview- and not one damn thing nothing about CSI or GSR what's up with these TV Guide people? it goes through Sept.17th, so maybe the one after that will have something-

 

I'll admit it right now - it's all about the pictures. Because, really, any statements they made can be brushed away with "they're saying it for publicity" or "CM made them say it" or just "They have no idea and are talking out of their asses". And it'll be nice to see them talking about the relationship, since EVERY question was about that, but I think just having our very first Geeks-only photo shoot will make avatar heaven for ever.

And after I've said this, watch it be some sad little column with no press and no pics.

Agreed. I want the conversationt to have just a kind of sweet tone to it, not like "Yeah, I was such a clumbsy fool" or "I was such an ass", as is often their inner dialogue in fanfic. Maybe the tomboy in me also just doesn't want it to be overly fluffy. And I can't see the two of them going, "I knew from the moment I saw you there... frizzy hair, backpack over one shoulder, asking me about a term paper... it was WUB"

 

I know I've been a slacker lately, and I'm sorry. My computer is fixed and I SWEAR I'll be back soon.

Anyway, I heart GSR, GSR is great, I hope Grissom and Sara have a happy ever after..

Okay, guys? We are SO not warring over another superman here. (Even though I totally agree with you on that last comment, Zig.) So that discussion totally ends now. I'm sorry for inadvertantly starting it in the first place.

Anyway, re: Sarah's poll, I voted for photos pretty much exactly the same reason she did. No taking things out of context, we've never had them really before, etc etc etc. But of course I do want the other stuff too. Taking my latter blahblahblah-style reason there, actually - the other stuff? We HAVE had it before. In some way, shape or form to whatever extent they've given it to us in their 6 years of supporting GSR on the sidelines.

Photographs are irrefutable and oh-so-tasty (I wonder if they'll be using a Canon camera at the shoot? ).

Well, I was just in Pompeii, where I saw the Frescos first-hand. Hee. Yay for visiting GSR references! I would link you to the pictures (because yes, I did take some, lol) but I'm not sure whether linking to explicit sex frescos would be allowed. Lol.

I voted for all of the above. The two actors are quite an enigma over here. Occasional, once a year photos, in the TV Times for example or thumbnail prints when a new episode is on. I DEMAND A PHOTO SPREAD JUST OF THEM...PREFERABLY LAUGHING AND ENJOYING THEMSELVES!! :lol: No more angst - they have each other *raises a glass to them*.

Interviews are always revealing. Yes, they have to sing from the same hymn sheet, but the way they express party line is usually picked up by the journalists and expressed by them.

What was interesting was the interview by Jorja Fox on the news page of this forum - that she didn't know her and Grissom were partners until four days before they filmed the bedroom scene. I wonder when it was all decided to go ahead with GSR?

 

Um, dude? That's like saying Lazenby isn't better than Connery.

Yeah, and that's the other thing - when these two have been pro-relationship, they've always been pro-GSR as their preferred one. Even when Jorja said she kind of wanted a boyfriend to break things up, it was sort of like "While she's waiting for Grissom".

The pictures, as I said, will be a nice little GSR av-fest, hopefully, and I can't see them not putting Grissom and Sara on the cover.

Also, don't they usually do a CSI big centerfold picture anyway?

And no, I don't mean that kind of centerfold, even though Adzix would probably die of a heart attack.

As would Dayna and I, but for... "different" reasons.

But anyway - I'm just looking forward to the article in general. And press for CSI doesn't hurt in the upcoming cage match with GA. lol.

Actually, you know what I would love, even though it would never, ever happen? Like, a photo shoot satirizing the new Tom/Katie Vanity Fair cover with, like, the two of them holding an evidence envelope in lieu of Baby Suri and her massive chunk of celtic black hair. Or the two of them holding Greg. lol.

 

That would be hilarious!

I think a big hug photo would be nice. I'm a bit fluffy about them at the moment. Maybe something like Heat Mag over here would do... them on a settee fighting over the remote, or in a cinema sharing popcorn while watching a film. Something that shows them together. Whatever they do, we will analyse for meaning!

Yeah, I assumed that she was working up the courage to ask him, and then he was just surrounded by too many people and she kind of lost the momentum that she needed.

His calling her "honey" subconsciously probably spurred her to act, also the fact that she had nothing to do while she recovered. lol. Don't make it dirty!

Sigh - two more weeks, you guys, two more weeks. I certainly hope the TV Guide article comes out sooner than that.
