Poll Thread 2 - Which One?

Me too I always have my face glued to window so I can see lightning!

 

I love thunder storms too, the weather is always nicer after storms, it gets cooler and the humidity drops which is great for summers here. Something about storms relaxes me, I don't know why.


For the last question, I chose bowling. I don't go to movies often anymore. Nothing good ever comes out, and movies are too expensive nowadays. Bowling you can have fun with friends, it's cheaper, and if you go the right places you can win shitloads of food and drinks.

 

I think I'm the first one to post that I'm afraid of thunder and lightning. My dad was struck by lightning when he was my age (early teens), so it just worries me. Plus, I'm at a horse show in Kentucky right now and we've had some nasty weather. A lightning bolt touched down really close to the barns the other day. It was quite scary. *shudders*

 

I love rain and thunderstorms amuse me.

I'm into raining so anything associated with it is my thing too. Lol! But if yer asked me about what kind of rain I prefer then that's a whole different matter you know... :lol:.

But of course, they can cause harm too so...

I absolutey love thunderstorms, I always have!! The lightening is just so fascinating!

 

I love thunderstorms too, especially when you hear the thunder rolling all around and you're safe and dry inside... And lightning turning night into day! Awesome!!!

 

i picked no but im kind of in between. i love watching lightning and the rain, but i dont like sleeping through storms. well, i dont sleep. weve had some storms where the thunder shakes the house! i just get freaked out lying in my bed when it starts to shake :lol:

 

I love storms! its so exciting. i always go on my front porch with my dad and watch it. but then my mom makes us come in because she thinks we're gonna get struck :lol:

 

I had to vote no. I hate storms, lightening can be so deadly. When my oldest daughter was in high school one of her classmates was struck and killed by lightning during a thunderstorm while waiting for the bus to arrive.

Storms can be dangerous, but I like the beauty of nature doing what it does.
