    Up: I´d pizza for dinner.

    Up: I've completed 6 sets of notes for my exams.
    Down: I have many, many more to do.
    Down: I really miss my friend and wish I can talk to her more, but she's got a lot of things going on and she's feeling a bit down at the moment.
    Up: We do talk when we're both not busy, and she's on her way to feeling better, so that's something. :)
