11- The colors are all over the place, and the text is unclear. The icon is washed out.
4- The texture is overwhelming. The subject is overpowered by it.

Best:
9- Gorgeous coloring and the text is fantastic!
8- The coloring is vibrant but not overwhelmingly so it makes the icon stand out XD

04: Justin blends in too much to the background on the left part, and on the right you can tell that the background of the original picture was cut out. He doesn't stand out enough against the background.
11: You can hardly tell who is actually in the icon because the effects overwhelm him. The text is also hard to see.

Best:
05: The colouring is really nice and how you kind of have shadows in the corners makes it easier to focus on Justin.
02: The colouring is awesome and the text looks really nice.

11-you can't really see the object of the cap, looks washed out

11- textures covered the person nearly complete, looks unsharp
04 - very unsharp, it looks coarse-grained, too dark

Best:
09 - perfect colouring, cropping and text. Really wonderful !
01 - like the texture very much and the light effects. Perfect !

First of all, thanks for the votes guys. Secondly, I think with the amount of participants that I had with this challenge, I will only vote off one person instead of 2 like in the past, that way we can have more challenges
