Check out the last scene of the episode Simple Man - which was Yelina's debut on CSI Miami. She treats him like crap. Total crap. That scene, and the way she makes him trekk in after her like a wounded puppy while she founces away from her front door started me on a Yelina negative vibe, and I have seen nothing since then to make me warm up to her and embrace her in the context of the *entire* show. And, to be truthful about show stuff, there *is* no romance between them at all. It's family. I challenge you, Rox, other than Blood Brothers, to come up with this flaming hot "romantic" stuff that you see. Yelina came up with it in Blood Brothers and Horatio shot it down, from where I sit. Hurricaine Anthony had a bit of a shipper vibe to it at the end, but ever since those two eps, there's been nothing but family for them. I hope that bodes well for season 3, but that's just my own VHO, K?

 

I'm gonna go out on a limb here (or I assume I am, haven't read all 3 pages of replies on this subject)... I'd like to see Speed & Calleigh together. I LOVE it when they are on a case together... they're just so completely opposite that I think the dialogue is more interesting than, say Calleigh and Delko... Calleigh and Speed just seem to really compliment each other in a yin/yang way.

That's just my opinion, though!

I don't much see Horatio with anyone, to be honest. I think it would ruin the show... but that, too, is just my opinion. I am one of the few that likes Yelena, though... they just don't give her enough to do.

I fully agree that it would ruin the show...personally i would want to see h kiss anyone on the show. i use to like seeing Cal and him together now its just like whatever, get to the science! :lol:

Umm, just what gives Yelina the right to be mad at what H did while she was married to his brother? Sure, if Maddy was his daughter he'd have done a bad thing as a police officer and all...but since when is it her job to keep him honest? Besides, she should be impressed that, as far as she knows, he's taking care of his 'mistakes' and not ignoring then and pretending they didn't exist.

Just my rant on this particular point... I'm not touching the Y/C debate again as you know my stance and reasoning for it. (For those who don't know, I'm H/C all the way, baby!)

Well, because she's unreasonable and jealous because all of her advances towards Horatio have been rebuffed and here he is getting an apartment for some tweaker girl and her illegitimate kid. But that's just my opinion...

Agree to disagree and all that...I've just never cared for Yelina, which you know, but I will be a good sport and accept your choice of 'ship whithout saying I need to puke, since that seems a bit childish to me. And again, snaps to you for your unwavering devotion.
