Well it's official, my daughter is growing up.

My 10 YEAR OLD daughter and I went out to breakfast with some good friends and she was saying she wanted to watch the CSI premier because of Justin Bieber. Our friend said, "Oh yes that CSI with the really good looking guy Nick."

My ten year old piped up and said, "Yeah Nick is really hot!"

    That is too cute!

Nice to know the younger ones think Nicky is hot too.

It's almost premiere day - I hope George does some radio interviews like he did last year. I would like TV interviews better, but I'll take radio.

I haven't been around here much but I thought I'd share the love.. I came across this article and I'm not sure if anyone has already posted it.. :p

I'm gonna put the little bit about George in a spoiler just in case anyone is completely in the dark about the new series.. Although I don't think it's really spoiler-ish.. Better safe than sorry though, right..
Carol Mendelsohn said about the first of Bieber's two appearances on the show. "And he had one super big scene, and the scene was an interrogation scene in the police department with [actor] George Eads, and George actually took Justin under his wing."
Why did the veteran "CSI" actor feel that Biebs was worthy of his mentorship? "George said that when he was just starting out, Tom Selleck took him under his wing, so I think he tried to return that kindness, and he really had some time to work the material," she explained.

I thought the whole thing was great (except for the weirdness that is Ray), but oh, Nick. :adore: And George...great job...as always!!! :)

    I wholeheartedly agree!!!!!

Holy continuity, batman! :)) I'm glad that tptp give what us Nick fans really want...extremem open Nick.:drool::drool::drool: Woo Hoo, nipples, abs, chest, belly button :drool::drool:

And for the first time Nick didn't 'John Wayne' it. :)) And I just wanted to go and hold him. :( Who's with me? :)

Nick has no luck with trucks. :))

I felt so bad when the family wanted him to leave. It wasn't Nick's fault. :(

More Nicky angst! We have a new bugman. :D Mention of Warrick :( and a nod to Grissom. :)

I really liked the scene with Catherine and Nick, when he was having a hard time processing the evidence. However, there was something off about it. I'm not sure what, but off. Seemed like Catherine wasn't her normal motherly self with him. Oh, I don't know, but I'm glad someone finally told that man to get some help and he doesn't have to be strong all the time.

This was an absolute great Nickisode. :)

Absolutely! So much Nick goodness, in all ways. :adore:

Me too. Nick shouldn't feel so guilty about it; the cop was doing his job..

Seemed like Catherine and Brass were both a bit more edgy than usual. I hope it passes.

Next ep is the one with Drops, so we need snarky Brass back for scenes with him and Nick. :)

Nick after the bomb.. gave me ER flashbacks.

Poor Nicky, I just would love to give him a very gentle hug since he had been through a lot. I also would love to give him a few kisses.

What I still can't believe is that Nick is now the new bug expert. It has been five years since he was abducted, buried alive and attacked by fireants.

I have to say that George did some awesome acting in those PTSD scenes. Considering Nick has usually been presented as the tough guy, I really didn't see it coming, but George did great job making that storyline believable. I just hope we get some continuation to that later on.

Nick. :adore: I'm with you Speedy. Nicky needs a hug - a nice one tho. Remember he did pop a couple of stitches!

All I could think of with the scene with the paramedic was 'why couldn't you have him take the shirt all the way off?' Not that I didn't like the skin we got. And Greg with the 'that's evidence' and his 'it was my best suit'.

I'm glad Catherine wouldn't let him 'cowboy-up' this time. And I'm glad it was Catherine who talked to him. She has always known how to talk to Nick. And I'm real glad he was calling the Dr. He was terrified in that shootout!

The emotions there in the beginning. He was really hurt by being asked to leave the funeral for Officer Clark. (I wish we could see a talk between him and Officer Clark's widow, I think it would do them both a lot of good! However I also know they'll never show us something like that. :shifty:) I'm glad he was able to keep wits about him or there would have been a lot more dead - including him!

    Susan

(YAY! I didn't get dropped before posting this time. Can anyone tell me how my computer can pick up 2 routers that I have no idea where in the neighborhood they are better than I can pick up the one in the basement? :wtf:)

OMG the Nick angst in this episode. George nailed it, no surprise there, he's always awesome. Loved that the writers addressed what happened to him a few episode earlier. His flinching at the gunshots, crying in the car, freaking when he was shooting the gun at the kid in front of the store. Just really nice to see some continuity.
