Funnily enough, Sela Ward's always been my first choice to play Alicia in a movie version of my own novel And Here's To You (don't go looking for it on Amazon; they only have a used copy for $20, which is just ludicrous for a book that meets the bare word count minimum to be considered a novel instead of a novella. BARELY!). I wonder if I would ever be so lucky.
