The cast not knowing who the mole is gives it more of an element of surprise, for everyone I guess. But I agree that it's a bit mean, that the cast doesn't know and they might be out of a job. BTW, I might be being a bit dense here but has it been confirmed that they'll leave? Or that it's a major cast member?
I've never seen it with Eric personally, but I think Jon is definitely sexy. Jon's just completely adorable. I also prefer Ryan to Greg as a character, so that's part of it too. I agree--it's going to be quite a shocker to everyone, from the cast to the audience! I can't wait until the big reveal. Ann Donahue said the person "would have to leave the show" so I assume so.
