    Hi Palmtree. Thanks

Well as for watching I am still undecided as my temper. and bloodpressure might not well fitted for the Danish team.;)

You know they like to play as a collective (and not the Argintine way) but that often leads to some nice foreplay and no closure.

They often have themself right in front of the goal, but seem to reluctant(?) to shoot. Or spend way to long passing the ball around.

Spain 2-0 Honduras. That's good, so Spain has still a chance for the next round. :)

Meh... France gets on my nerves. That's not a team that's a dunghill. :(

.. at least a dunghill with a nice accent ....
It would be the best (I guess) if France, after today's match against south africa, is going home to lick her wounds....but then again.. it ain't over etc...

Finally we can say 'Bye Bye France! Adieu Les Bleus'. I didn't see the match but I guess it wasn't so good... I think France needs a consequently change in the team to be better team without "cockfights" the next time. :shifty:

Sadly South Africa is also not in the next round. :(
However I'm happy for Uruguay and Mexico.:)

    Today's matches:

    Australia vs. Serbia
    Ghana vs. Germany
    USA vs. Algeria
    Slovenia vs. England

I've read England is not very amused that Germany's Wolfgang Stark will referee their match against Slovenia...
And Germany itself thinks that there is a conspiracy against them because of the referee (of course) and the fact that the Serbian coach allegedly gave the coach of Ghana a hint how Ghana can defeat Germany. Well, that sounds a bit paranoid to me. I think they are just afraid to follow France back home to Europe.:shifty:

hmm I guess this news is partly overruled by the news of France... at least overhere......(or I should read the newspaper better ;))

For both of my neighbours (i.e. England and Germany) I sincerely hope they will survive the first round....
