Least 14: Delko's skin looks a little bit unnatural and the background is really washed out. 13: The background seems to distract from the subject and the coloring is a little bit bland. Perhaps injecting a little bit more color would have added to it. 07: The text placement is kind of odd, maybe moving it around or reducing the size a bit may have been more beneficial? I'm not an expert with text by any means and it may have just been a texture but the placement doesn't look right, if that makes sense, lol. Best 12: Awesome coloring -- the background complements Delko's shirt, matching everything perfectly and creating and overall fantastic atmosphere. The text also works really well and adds a great deal to it. 03: The icon is very soft, nothing overpowers and the colouring is wonderful.

Least: 02- His face blends in too much with the bg/texture and it makes him look a little blurry. 05- I love the bg/texture, but Eric's face looks a little over saturated. 14- Eric looks almost washed out with that light background. Maybe adding a little saturation/hue to his face might make him stand out a little more. I do like the crop though. Best: 15- I love the fingerprint behind his name and the coloring is nice. 07- Nice coloring and the bg/texture is pretty. I would have rotated the top part of that text a little more toward Eric though. But all in all, nice icon. Great job, everyone.
Re: Talk LIMS #8: Challenge 5 Least 14 - In all honesty I can't see the background. Delko's face blend too much with it. Also his skin color is a little bit too unnatural. 13 - The texture behind Delko is too much. It takes too much of the rest of the icon. 07 - Text oddly placed. Best 12 - Definitely the best colored icon. It all matches perfectly and the texture is great. 03 - nice coloring.
