George/Nick Syndrome Ward Pics #37

I might point out I was here as a lurker when it started. It took me a couple of weeks to join in - I'm a shy person. :lol: My first theme was confuzzled (another one of our words) Nick. It took me 4 or 5 tries to get my one theme pic from Dead Ringer to actually come up. (I think it was you and OnlyTruth that were helping me with it Jacquie. )

I remember watching the old game. Post a pic and then everyone had to guess which episode it was from.

And for all the newbies - here's the award we used to give out with the pics :thumbsup: (I'm not sure I have one with it on it anymore :lol

my apologizes blackflag I forgot you were a lurker. I knew you and I've been playing the game the longest. And in case anyone is interested we've been playing the theme game for almost 4 years. I don't know when we started but we started in January or February of 2006 how time flies when you're having fun

Indeed, on both counts.

A few reminders...and no worries...no one is in trouble and the hose is safely locked away...for now. But with so many new folks posting and so much activity lately, I think it's time to post a reminder.

First rule here is to have fun! So this is not meant to put a damper on it, but rather to help keep things going smoothly. And everyone is always welcome to post questions here, but there are other resources provided as well that can prove helpful and will keep things from getting too busy in here with non-Nick goodness.

• The forum HelpGuide has the answer to many of the more common questions about reading, posting, etc. and even includes links to the answers to things about pics, links, accounts, etc. Please be sure to read it and refer to it when you have a question.
• The Ward Help Guide has more specific information about posting here and playing the game.
• The Talk CSI Rules give general guidelines for the boards.

Specifically, right now, the issue is the number of posts in so short a time period. We have had (so far) 50 posts since yesterday, adding 4 pages to the thread. It's great that everyone is having fun and we have a lot of participation, but please remember a few of these guidelines pulled from the above cited resources:

• Chatting: Please Remember this is a Message Board NOT a Real time Chat-room (you can tell if your doing it by the time coded on the top of each post), it makes it difficult to monitor and could result in warnings, or locked posts, we don't want to take away your freedom to post or talk, we just want you to remember this, the rules state as a general rule, don't post more than two or three threads in a forum within a reasonable length of time.
• Edit Time of Posts: You have up to 24 hrs to edit your posts, in hopes of slowing down the double posting, now you can go back and edit your posts and make the changes or add to it.
• Posting Links: Each player may post twice per round, no more than 6 picture links per post. For winner posts only, 7 picture links may be used if needed.

This is a lot of information, I know. Basically, stay within the link limit, try to add more content to your posts and edit previous posts rather than making multiple posts, and have fun!

 

Glad to hear from you Bookgirl. I was a little worried about you when I heard how many people in southwestern Pennsylvania were without power.

I didn't take part in that game. I would sit and watch and see if I was right on which ep I thought it was. :lol:
