21: 17 poor job cutting subject out of the image
18: image is too stretched making the subject look weird
10: subject blends into the icon too much with the brown color

25: like the clear coloring
07: nice idea and the text definatly pops

12 - Good crop, but the image is too dark and it looks like very few has been done with the icon. The text is oddly used in the icon.
21 - Too much of saturation has been used. Nick's face is almost washed out.
05 - Despite the brush and the tiny text, this icons is too blurry.

20 - Love the coloring and the tiny text you used.
02 - Very simple icon, yet the coloring and the text you used are great!
