I'm know! I think they should have fired Aragones after the WC, I don't know why they wanted to keep him. It's sad to see a talented team not being able to perform properly. And England drew with Macedonia. They missed so many chances!
Sweden 2 Spain 0. The thing about Spain's manager,Luis Aragonés,is that if he's fired they have to pay him 2 years contract but if he resigns they don't have to pay him anything, that's why he refuses to resign:money.
1-1 against Bulgary, I think didn't watch the whole game. Feyenoord. But at the moment, AZ is better. Here are the final results for todays matches: Faroe Islands 0 - 1 Lithuania Wales 1 - 5 Slovakia Scotland 1 - 0 France England 0 - 0 F.Y.R. Macedonia Czech Republic 7 - 0 San Marino Moldova 2 - 2 Bosnia-Herzegovina Russia 1 - 1 Israel Cyprus 5 - 2 Republic of Ireland Hungary 0 - 1 Turkey Sweden 2 - 0 Spain Denmark 0 - 0 Northern Ireland Serbia 1 - 0 Belgium Croatia 7 - 0 Andorra Romania 3 - 1 Belarus Slovenia 2 - 0 Luxembourg Italy 2 - 0 Ukraine Portugal 3 - 0 Azerbaijan Armenia 0 - 0 Finland Kazakhstan 0 - 1 Poland Latvia 4 - 0 Iceland Bulgaria 1 - 1 Netherlands Greece 1 - 0 Norway BRAVO ELLADA & CYPRUS!! The Greece match was so frigging exiciting & suspensful, especially towards the end when Norway began to dominate. I can't believe the ball hit the crossbar towards the end as it was thisclose to going in. However, Konstantions Katsouranis goal in the 33rd minute was all we needed . Next up is Bosnia on the 11th!
7:0. Loving the score. The game was OK, I guess, not a lot of excitement. More on the stands than on the field. But, it was a good practice game before England. I just hope that my team won't feel to confident since England drew a tie against Macedonia. However, that is what will most likely happen. Again, I will be there, on the stands, hoping that my team can play as good as they are able to.
You guys dominated in the second half. I almost had a heart attack everytime you were in our area & you guys had tons of scoring chances as well. Our defence was pretty weak & all we could do is kick the ball out the sidelines instead of passing it up to create a scoring chance. Seriously, Greece needs to start scoring more then one goal a match.
why does steve mclaren play stewart downing and whats up with lampard and rooney. bless the rep. of ireland- come on boys, win your next one. well done northern ireland and scotland-very impressive, hopefully England can learn from them
One goal is all you need We have trouble scoring too. That's why it's so boring to watch our national team play
I'm surprised England could only manage a draw with Macedonia, *sigh*. Oh well...congrats to Scotland on their victory over France
Is anyone thinking 'bring back David Beckham' yet? At least England didn't lose, although it does leave me doubting whether they will be able to beat Croatia (they're not a bad team). Steve McClaren is from York, which is my neck of the woods, so I really want him to do well! *c'mon Steve, you can do it!* Yes, congrats Scotland, and never mind Wales.
i think beckham should come back i hope in a way he does do it but as he's ex boro manager i'm a bit biased- i know sad lol hopefully he's tactics'll be good tonight- no downing play parker/swp instead
