Talk CSI LIMS #6 LIMS #5 LIMS #4 LIMS #3 Alright guys, the new round of the LIMS is here and I will be running it. Some of you are very familiar with LIMS by now, but for some of you, this may be new. So what is LIMS? It stands for Last Icon Maker Standing. I borrowed most of the rules from the previous round. Here's how it works: ~ If you want to participate, you must sign up. You may do so by leaving a comment. DragonflyDreamer will add your name to the participants list. If she misses your name, please let us know. ~ You must submit an icon for each challenge. Each challenge will have provided caps that you must choose from. They will be from all three CSI shows. ~ Each participant will be allowed One Free Pass. If you are unable to submit an icon (ie: if real life gets in the way), send me a PM, and you will be excused from the challenge. However, you must let me know, and you may only do so once. ~ In each challenge, the icon makers with the most amount of votes will be eliminated. ~ In every challenge, one icon will receive an !Adz-Collapsed-In-Awe! banner. The name is kinda stupid but, oh well, it's better than You've-Cut-The-Adz ~ Also, we continue what we started in the previous round, and in every challenge, in addition to voting for three of least quality, everyone will be asked to vote for their favorite icon as well, and the winning icon will receive a Voter's Choice banner. ~ Anyone and everyone may vote in the LIMS, whether they are participating or not. ~ More specific details will be posted with each challenge. The first one will be posted when we have enough people signed up (at least 20). You may, however, still sign up until the first due date. I hope I've covered everything. Sound complicated? Re: LIMS #6 Sign Ups Now Open it depends how many people will sign up. we expect around 20 or more people to join, and in every challenge 2 icon-makers get eliminated. in addition there is always a number of people who fail to submit an entry and get eliminated. so it's usually 6-9 challenges throughout a few months.
