I just wonder why in the spoiler scripts I've ready no one asks him any questions about visible injuries. I mean, if Ryan is 'beaten up' wouldn't he have some visible cuts or such? Hm.
Ryan's behavior was a little strange, though it's not uncommon for him to do things like call suspects 'morons' and such, the raving was a little peculiar and definitly attention-grabbing.

I liked Diddy's performance, Ryan's moment with the car and the photos was great, but for some reason it felt anti-climactic, and the moment between Ryan and Horatio (after he kicked that guy's car door) felt...undeveloped? Hmmm. But overall I give it a 7 out of 10.
Gladly I don't think the temporary suspension Ryan will be getting will be crippling or too huge, but it's signifigant enough for him to be in the promo, and for us to feel for him. So excited!
