I don't think Mia meant "why on earth would they want Billy back?". She just meant that in the context of the interviewer's question, they meant someone who had never been on the show before. But you know that, you just want Billy back for a visit, as do many. I'm sure it will happen. :)

Honestly, I wouldn't miss her from the show, because I don't even watch CSI lately, I just peep Marg/Jorja's clips on their respective sites. Can't be bothered to sit through full episodes anymore. Plus, Marg is awesome and needs to venture back into more diverse roles. I know she can do so...

Sometimes "damn" is said as slang, meaning "wow". Like "damn, good job." So maybe it was positive instead of negative.
