He does look like someone's daddy in this picture, but it's not too bad. I hate to sound like an art dork because I'm not, but I like the composition. It's a picture that I can really stare at and not just glance at.
Well as to the question about GE and shopping, I think it's probably a mixture of both. I'd say he probably either shops online or has a personal shopper, and also picks up a few things himself. He seems like he might be the type of guy to do that.

I like this idea. It lets Nick say his peace, and it shows how much he's matured over the years. It shows he's not seeking for Grissoms approval, so he's not afraid to say what is on his mind, in a non-disrespectful way of course.
