Love may be in the air this season.
CSI: Miami's Adam Rodriguez (Eric Delko) spoke about the romantic attraction between his character and Calleigh Duquesne (Emily Procter) in the fifth issue of the Official CSI Magazine. "Both of the characters have been there for each other when they really needed one another," he said. "There has always been a strong friendship and attraction but it has never been fully delved into."
According to Watch with Kristin, this might change. "The tension is building, and there's only so long we can probably wait to pounce on each other," Rodriguez said. Procter explained that her character's feelings for Eric and Jake Berkeley (Johnny Whitworth) would be dealt with in upcoming episodes.
"In the seventh season you get to sort of watch Calleigh sort through the parts of her life she's unsure about: Here's Delko, who's a great choice for her-you know they have a lot in common. He's very loyal to her; she's very loyal to him. They've been through a lot together, and he's a kind person," she said. "And then she's got Jake, on the side, who's kind of the bad boy, and you see her being drawn to that."
