    Welcome Poetry lovers, fans, and writers. Lets hope for lots more poetry , as we start Thread #3.

    All Poetry must be about any of the three CSI shows. All wall poems must be posted as thumbnails. If you wish to post a small wall, it can be no larger than 400x400

    All Poetry must be your own, poetry cannot be borrowed from books, or others.

    If you wish to use any of the Poetry, please ask the Poet first, for permission.

    ** If you notice a spelling error, please do not post it, Pm the Poet and inform them, I'm sure they'd be more than happy to correct it**.

    Also:

    Please do not bash someones ship/character, that they write about. If you don't like it, then please... say nothing.

    If you come in to comment on a poem, please ensure you use at least three lines of why you enjoyed it. This helps build their confidence to write more.

    So....sit back, enjoy the read. Or become a Poet yourself, and add your poetry to our new thread.

    Those are really great. I love the backgrounds you use and the fonts. For some reason the H/Y one looks a wee bit blurry on my screen though. It may just be my resolution setting or something. But, all good poems. :)

    Love the poem! Especially the "iron thumb" part. :) The background fits perfectly with the poem too. :)

    Oh, okay. I've done that before not with a softener, but resizing. :lol:

    Thanks Linda for these wonderful wp's & poems. With all that's going on atm has brightened my life alot more.

    Okay, I did it. I made the wall 800x600, but after adding the pic and words it ended up being 1600 x 1200 or something. Grrr... this is frustrating. :lol: So, I'll just have to post the link cause if I resize it, the words are going to be too dang blurry to read. :lol: How do I post the thumbnail? I don't see a thumbnail code on my photobucket album.

    Okay, when you go to photobucket, you will see your pic. Click on the little square box beside the picture. Then scroll down and you will see "Generate HMTL. Click on that, and it will bring up 5 boxes with different phrases and numbers. Click on the third one down that says...

    IMG clickable thumbnails for message boards - recommended

    Then click inside the box with the right side of the mouse and that will blacken it. Then use your left side, and click copy.

    Then bring it up here and click paste. That's it, you'll post your wall in thumbnail size.

    Great job. Love the color, the style, and the pics you have chosen. The words are amazing , and fits the two of them perfectly. :)

    Glad you now know how to do thumbnails. Hope to see lots more from you ver soon.;)

    Is that Nicky? Nice poem. Love the pics. Love the orange on the background too. It makes me think of fire. Now I have The Doors "Light My Fire" stuck in my head. :) :lol: Good job! :)
