No sign of CSI: NY getting the boot yet but I imagine CBS is still deciding what to do since the season finale was Friday, so far they've cancelled: S#*! I'm a little more concerned about CSI:NY; but I'm happy to see Poppy Montgomery back.
Good name change. Any word yet on whether or not CBS has picked up Sarah Michelle Gellar's show "The Ringer" (I think that's the title)? Is that the guy who wrote "About A Boy"?
Ringer was picked up by the CW network, which is owned in part by CBS. About a Boy (a great movie! btw) was written by Nick Hornby, but I had to look that one up.
So supposedly CBS has 3 new dramas and they have renewed Blue Bloods. Doesn't look good for CSI: NY. Also, no offense but none of these new shows sound interesting. =/
Human Target and SG:U canceled made me sad =( Luckily Fringe got renewed though, despite low ratings.
No, The Ringer wasn't picked up by CW either...they said yes first, but then they said they couldn't afford it. I'm not saying it looks bad for CSI NY until I hear the verdict LOL...you just never know. I'm gonna be soooo anxious tomorrow. And I wish they'd move Bones...why can't they put it against something besides CSI?
According to TV Line - CSI: New York has been renewed but Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior will not be. Also says that CSI, CSI: Miami, Blue Bloods, NCIS: LA, The Mentalist, Criminal Minds, The Good Wife and Hawaii 5-O are locks for next season. Susan
It seems that CBS isn't canceling many shows this year, I thought for sure NY was done. Nonetheless, I am happy.
The CW Orders 'Secret Circle' From 'Vampire Diaries' Scribe Kevin Williamson, 'Ringer' from CBS, More.
The CW picks Ringer, Secret Circle and Hart of Dixie, and unscripted H8ER (H8ER pairs celebrities with their haters-this could be entertaining. lol).
