Ryan has previously used a Yiddish term when talking with Walter(back in season 8). It's another little tidbit about Ryan. Almost any info we get about Ryan's background is always very subtle.

With the chances now out there that CSI Miami will not be renewed, wonder if Mr. Togo has made any future plans. The only 2 that have discuss this is Omar Miller and Eva LaRue.

I have hear nothing from David Caruso, Adam Rodriguez, nor Emily Procter.

I guess Mr. Togo has enough money stashed away that he could take an extended break, if needed and work on his boxing skills.

I think Jon would be great in a comedy sitcom type thing. Like How I Met Your Mother or any of those types of shows. I know he's been in movies and it would be awesome if he could be in more but it's probably more likely he'd get cast in another TV show if anything. If Miami does get cancelled I really hope he does go on to something else, I wouldn't want this to be the last we see of him.

I would think Jon would be great in comedy also but he does seem to like indie movies as well. If he goes on to do even more indie movies,it may be a little harder to keep up with him but of course I'll try.

I sometimes wonder about CC.I clearly heard bubbala too.
I remember thinking at that time it was one of the few times in the last few seasons I've heard Ryan say something Yiddish in origin. That is one of the things I was thinking of earlier when I mentioned the writers giving us subtle info about Ryan.

Yeah, I know. CC is not always accurate. I probably would have realized he said that if it had been a word I already knew. I didn't know that one though. Most of the Yiddish words I know, I heard on "The Nanny" (I watch the repeats on Nick at Night a lot lol). I knew the one for grandmother (can't remember it now though for some reason), so when Ryan said that in a conversation with Walter, I knew what he meant.

I am pleased that Ryan got a lot of screentime for the finale. I still have a bit of a wait before I can see it here. Hopefully it wont be the last we see of Miami.
Whatever happens, I wish Jon the best for the future. I could definitely see him in a comedy.

It was really quite a nice surprise that Ryan(Jon) had so much airtime.
I really hope for one more season,there is still so much we don't know about Ryan.
I just hope if there is another season,it's not wasted.

I too would like to meet a member of Ryan's family.
In the finale,Ryan was concerned that he would always be alone,I would like a mention at least(doesn't need to be seen) that Ryan has someone special in his life.
If there is one more season(and I assume last) I would like some indication of the next phase of Ryan's career.Does he stay in Miami or relocate to somewhere else.does he get a promotion,etc?

Hmm. it would be nice to see him get a promotion, but he hasnt really had the best record.
city hunter- If Ryan gets a girlfriend, I agree it would be best someone outside the lab. (although I do quite like the Ryan- Natalia pairing) Definitely not another lab tech, though. Then in the end, he could maybe move somewhere to be with her. Preferably Vegas!!
