According to Variety, The Event on NBC is done as well. article

"Perennial bubble show "Chuck" is likely to return for at least 13 episodes. "Parenthood" is considered a lock for a third season after turning in solid numbers the past few months. But it's curtains, to no one's surprise, for much-hyped drama "The Event" and laffer "Outsourced."

    Updates:

Officially renewed: Chuck, Parenthood, Harry's Law

Officially cancelled: The Event, Law & Order: LA, Outsourced

Notable pilots not picked up: Wonder Woman, and Paget Brewster's pilot (My Life As An Experiment), which bodes well for her return to Criminal Minds.

WHat's with the LOLA? Wasn't it reported earlier during the winter that it is getting it's season 2?

And Event.. thank god. Lauhged my ass off when it was advertised here as "hit show" ..well of course they try to get viewers but still.. I watched on eepisode and was pretty much.. nothing happened. Like Flash Forward...

And why oh why they cannot bury Two and Half Men for good? there's no point going on with the show.

Omg, so many shows are being canceled. The only one I am truly upset about is The Event, I loved that show.

V isn't coming back and neither is one other ABC program but I forget which one. I'm a bit sad about V, I just kept forgetting to DVR the dang thing.

The show makes too much money for CBS, so they are gonna try it without Charlie. And they have their new man: Ashton Kutcher (sp?).
