Maybe I can help, it depends on the way you tried to add your banner. Did you use the Upload Function (with options 1 and 2)? If so, the KB size of your banner needs to be smaller/exactly 20KB, otherwise it won't work. (yes, even those cute little 0.6KB make a difference ;)) If you wanna use...
